For most items, yes. Sale items and our premade birthday "party packs" cannot be customized. For all other items that do not normally include personalized text, we can usually accommodate requests but if we are busy it may add additional processing time to your order.

The drink cozies we offer are all premade to keep the cost down and the shipping fast. If you are interested in a custom order, there is a minimum of 75 per design with up to four color selections. Pricing starts at $225 for 75 cozies and standard delivery is 2-3 weeks.

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns. We DO accept exchanges on items that are not personalized or "made/cut to order" (example: headbands) and we are always happy to help find a solution if there is an issue or a change is needed. Bulk, sample sale and items from our 'Sale' section are final sale. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs on an exchange unless of course we have made an error on your order.

Due to rising shipping costs if your order is under a certain size with a value around $10 it will NOT ship with tracking. Delivery can take anywhere from a few days to around 2 weeks and your shipping details will show "PRETRANSIT" most of this time. Once your order reaches the destination post office (not your house) it will update to "DELIVERED" and you will get a notification from etsy that the package was delivered, however it will actually arrive to your house 1-2 days after this notification.
